Blowing and washing of steam system of newly installed reheating unit is an essential and important equipment to prevent the damage of steam turbine blades caused by sundries left in the steam system and rust produced in pipes during manufacturing, transportation, storage and construction, and to affect the safe and economic operation of the unit.
The purge of a steam system is generally carried out in stages. In order to avoid the dirt in the superheater system blowing into the reheater, blow and clean the superheater system first. When the superheater system is blowing and washing qualified, stop the furnace and connect the superheater system and the reheater system, and then ignite the ignition to carry out the series blowing and washing between the superheater and the reheater system. Before starting the unit, the steam flushing pipe must be used to ensure the safe operation of the steam turbine equipment. After the temporary blow pipe control door, add the granulator, the industrial waste recycling in the pipe is discharged from the sewage discharge device, so as to avoid the industrial waste into the relevant system.
