What is the repair work of the welding of the round winding machine

1, the winding machine welding using electrode arc welding. Considering that the joint has a soft zone, the low strength and commonly used electrode E5015 of the manufacturer should be selected;
2. The groove surface is processed on the crack surface of the shaft and roller as required. The manufacturer uses PT to conduct 100% nondestructive testing to ensure that the groove surface has no cracks and other defects.
3. Insert the fixture into the small shaft, and pay attention to the spacing between the depth of the fixture and the end face is not less than 180mm. Then put the fixture and the small shaft on the end of the big shaft, insert the depth of 300mm;
4. Preheat the welded joint evenly to 300℃ with a flamethrower, within the range of 300mm, and then use the machine for welding. After each layer is welded, hammer evenly with a small steel hammer of 1Kg.
5. The electrode is not swaying when welding, and the method of multi-layer and multi-channel pressure welding is selected to fill the groove area of the rolling machine to 1.5 ~ 2mm higher than the surface of the shaft roll.
6. After welding, wrap the vertical line around the weld with thermal insulation blanket to cool the joint;
7. Cooling the coiling machine to room temperature and placing it for more than 24 hours, the welding seam and the surrounding substrate are 100%PT tested, and the appearance is without defects. After qualified, cut off the calibration fixture, remove the excess weld height of the machine tool with the Angle of the grinder, and grind the transition part to the R10 transition fillet.
